Het toepassen van hoogwaardig gereedschapsstaal zoals bijvoorbeeld K360 Isodur van Böhler-Uddeholm® garandeerd een zeer hoge abrasieve en adhesieve slijtvastheid.
De overtreffende trap zijn onze ponsen uitgevoerd in PM staal in combinatie met de HDP “High Density Plasma” coating.

Available in various systems: from a basic version to a quick adjustable system with lubrication, often completely interchangeable with, for example Amada®, Series 90® and Ultra® tools. Our tools are manufactured with the latest production techniques and are therefore available in almost any shape. Also for special tools such as deformation and clusters you’ve come to the right place.
The use of high quality tool steel such as K360 Isodur of Böhler-Uddeholm® guarantees a very high abrasive and adhesive wear resistance.
The superlative are our punches manufactured from PM steel in combination with the HDP “High Density Plasma” coating.
